The XV century Palazzo Seneca reopens its doors, after a 10 years restoration, in the heart of Norcia.

This historic hotel combines modern design with original medieval features, simplicity and quality', it is the idea of Vincenzo and Federico Bianconi, the latest generation of a family of hoteliers since 1850.

There is also a good library with books of historical value, a lounge with a fireplace and leather sofas, an indoor garden, a lounge bar to enjoy jazz  and a wellness center with professionals always available.

The food is in harmony with the philosophy of the Palazzo Seneca.  Two restaurants: Vespasian and Seneca Lounge.

The first is gourmand restaurant offering a refined cuisine and is characterized by genuineness' and creativity'.

The local black truffle or the cured Norcia ham are often matched with other ingredients such as the finest Russian caviar.

The Seneca Lounge is trendy but follows the local culinary tradition.

Rooms and suites have four-poster bed in wrought iron or wood, carved heads, spacious design bathroom and linen sheets.
