The restoration of this old farmhouse has been carried in a way that preserves its rural charm with original features such as beamed ceilings, old terracotta floors and spacious brick arches.
A simple house at first glance, that tells of the simple life of the old times, furnished with all modern comforts such as telephone, satellite TV, CD player, internet connection.
The villa is built on two floors and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The entrance on the ground floor leads directly into the large living room with a lareg fireplace, sofas and dining area. There is also a kitchen and a laundry room equipped with a toilet.
A wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area, comprising of two double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom and a double room with shared bathroom with shower.
Immersed in the green, Villa Melody is surrounded by a large private garden with a rectangular swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests and fully equipped with sun loungers and tables.
Silence, quiet, nature characterize this beautiful villa, from where you enjoy exclusive views over the town of Cortona and the valley below until Lake Trasimeno.
