Villa Fontocchio is situated at the foot of Cortona in an enchanting location among vineyards and olive trees.
The meticulous restoration of the large wooden beams and terracotta floors has preserved the original charm.
The entrance to the house is through a large gate that leads to the spacious living room.
This is the heart of the villa, here the typical features of a Tuscan countryhouse are matched with precious and elegant draperies and antique prints.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a hardwood table with a large brick fireplace in the middle originally used to warm up the meals.
The eight bedrooms are carefully furnished in different styles and featured precious curtains and wrought iron beds.
Five double rooms have private bathroom with bath or shower, while the other two doubles and single rooms share two lovely spacious bathroom with shower.
The swimming pool is located in the large garden surrounding the villa and is completed with garden furnitures.

We can organise your local shopping, all you have to do is to send us your shopping requirements and we will make sure that this is in your accommodation upon your arrival.
Whether it is a crate of wine, a full weekend shop, or a pack of nappies and baby food it will be there waiting for you.
The cost is £30 at the time of booking and then the cost of the shopping, which is payable upon arrival.
