Situated in a picturesque hillside location just minutes from the historic center of Cortona, Villa Cristina is ideal for those who want to reach on foot the heart of the Etruscan and medieval town, with its lovely shops, cafes and restaurants.
The farmhouse retains the typical stone exterior, while inside a wise restructuring has been able to harmonize modern comforts with traditional Tuscan architecture with exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and tiled floors.
The house is built on two floors, with an entry for each level.
On the ground floor the living area comprises a spacious living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, which is accessed also from the balcony outside.
The first floor has a dining room with sofas, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Finally, a second kitchen, equipped with a large refrigerator.
The villa is completely independent and surrounded by a fenced garden with swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, the beautiful landscape over the valley below contributes to complete relaxation.

Whether it is a crate of wine, a full weekend shop, or a pack of nappies and baby food it will be there waiting for you.
The cost is £30 at the time of booking and then the cost of the shopping, which is payable upon arrival.
