Vulcano Highlights

• Vulcano is a small volcanic island in the Tyrrhenian Sea, the southernmost of the eight Aeolian Islands
• Night excursion to the Stromboli to see the Sciara del Fuoco (Slope of Fire)
  At night the lava is glowing as it makes its way down Sciara del Fuoco (Slope of Fire) to meet the sea with a loud hiss. A fiery display of nature’s incredible power
• Relax by the natural Mud Baths of Vulcano
  The mud is thought to possess healing and soothing qualities for the skin. Swim in the pool then cover your face and body in the mud, let it dry and form a mask, then rinse it off. Next to the mud baths, hot springs make the sea warm and bubbly, like a natural Jacuzzi.
• Walking up to the summit of the island's main volcano is a must. Upon reaching the summit you’ll be greeted with a stunning panorama of the Aeolian’s, jutting out to the Thyrrenian sea.
