Built in typical Mediterranean style, the hotel is composed of a central main building with the vast majority of guestrooms housed in smaller terraced buildings. Ideal for couples and families, Sant’Elmo Beach is renowned for the high standard of professionalism and the quality of the services on offer.
In the main building, along with the reception is a TV room, the boutique and the swimming pool with terrace/solarium. The four restaurants offer a guaranteed rich selection of gastronomic specialities.
A play-park for children with a gazebo and the entertainment area are situated near the main building. The sports area consists of two tennis courts, a five-a-side football pitch, a synthetic grass multipurpose court for basket and volleyball (all equipped with floodlights) and a small gymnasium room. Hire of bicycles and scooters can be arranged on request.
There is also a small beauty centre, the Comfort Zone, available from June to September, for those clients willing to mix work with relaxation by the enchanting Sardinian sea.
Shops and other services are available at nearby Costa Rei and Villasimius.

LOCATION
It covers a wide area of typical Mediterranean maquis, where enchanting gardens are the setting for a nice relaxing holiday.
The hotel, in typical Mediterranean style, consists of a central and semi-detached houses, where most of the rooms are located.
The Sant'Elmo Beach resort is located near a cliff with beautiful sandy bays available to those seeking privacy and tranquility, and about 350 m from a larger bay with sandy beach, equipped with umbrellas, sun beds and beach towels, which descends gently towards the sea, reached in a few minutes walk along a pavement, or using the shuttle.
The hotel is located 4 km from the center of Costa Rei, and distance from the port and airport of Cagliari about 75 km.
RESTAURANT
The hotel has four restaurants:
- Sant'Elmo, where meals are consumed in Half Board (breakfast and dinner buffet) with an area reserved for children where they can find a menu devoted to them;
- Terrace Grill restaurant Sant ' Elmo for lunch in Full Board;
- The Corbezzolo offers a menu with Sardinian-based main courses of grilled meat (water and house wine included)
- La Rotonda proposes Mediterranean menu with table service,
- The Belvedere, with spectacular Sea View with table service, offers special dinners with à la carte menu. Access for dinner at restaurants (excluding Sant'Elmo) is by reservation on the spot and payment of the "Gourmet Card."
ROOMS
175 air-conditioned rooms, tastefully furnished. Rooms are equipped with satellite TV, telephone, mini bar, safe and shower room with hairdryer.
- Classic: Double/twin bedded rooms in terraced bungalows dotted around the landscaped gardens and furnished patio. Third bed or cot available.
- Family Rooms: Located on the ground floor in the main building with furnished patio. Consisting of a double/twin bedded room, with stairs leading to a mezzanine floor with two additional beds.
- Junior Suites: Double/twin bedded rooms with separate living room, located on the upper floor of the main building. Bathroom with whirlpool bath. Sofa bed/s (for up to 3 additional guests) available in the living room.
