A short walk from the center of Alghero, Hotel Villa Las Tronas is located on a private promontory from which it dominates one of  the most beautiful gulf in the Mediterranean.

Located on the northwest coast of Sardinia, Alghero has become a popular holiday destination retaining its distinctive Catalan character.

Alghero is famed for being the most Italian of the Sardinia resorts, with an historic centre on the sea front consisting of a labyrinthic network of narrow alleys, most of which are car free. To the north and south of Alghero the resorts of Bosa and Stintino are worthy a trip. Slightly inland, Bosa boasts a compact centre of narrow streets and a relaxed atmosphere whilst its extension at Bosa Marina, 3 km away, provides access to the beach.

The smaller Stintino on the northwestern tip of the Island is renowned for the stunning coastline and calm turquoise waters.
