Hotel La Coluccia     

Opened in 2003, La Coluccia is in an exclusive and elegant setting, and features contemporary design and décor. The hotel is equipped with every modern convenience, the new beauty centre Space Comfort Zone with 2 massage rooms (treatment at an extra cost), Turkish bath (at an extra cost), gymnasium and relaxation area, ensuring guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay in a very relaxing environment for their holiday in Sardinia.

LOCATION
The hotel is situated in Conca Verde, on the North coast of Sardinia, in front of the island of Spargi, part of the Archipelago Della Maddalena, only 50m from the sea. Due to its charming and secluded location it is the perfect place to enjoy the magic atmosphere of the island. 

The pine forest separates the Coluccia from the beach of fine sand, equipped with sun loungers and enclosed between granite rocks and low cliffs.

RESTAURANTS
It has a large hall with a bar, a restaurant with a splendid sea views and pool, where you can enjoy local and international cuisine. Lunch is on request and at an extra charge: guests may choose between a light lunch at the restaurant or a snack at the bar.

Guests booked on half board enjoy a Gourmet Menu which consists of four courses each with two, three or even four different ‘taster’ dishes. The menu is repeated every 14 days to ensure guests enjoy something unique every evening.
 

ROOMS
The 45 rooms, located on the ground floor or first floor, with a small balcony or balcony, are furnished with care and attention to detail.  They are equipped with telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar, safe, hairdryer and services with shower.  

• Classic double room with double beds and  possibility for a 5 years old child, garden view.
• Superior double room with double beds and possibility for a 5 years old child, sea side.  No rooms can be triple or quadruple.

• Swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas
• Comfort Zone, with two massage rooms (charged locally), Turkish bath (charged locally), gym and relaxation area are at the disposal of all the guests who love to keep in shape during their holidays.
• Beach: Mediterranean pinewoods shade pretty gardens which separate the hotel from a delightful sandy beach (50 m away) edged with granite rocks. Sun-beds, umbrellas and beach towels are provided free of charge.
