Opened in 2003, La Coluccia is in an exclusive and elegant setting, and features contemporary design and décor.

A member of Design Hotels, the Coluccia is a stylish modern hotel in perfect harmony with the stunning natural landscape that surrounds it.

It's the perfect spot to soak up the sun poolside or bliss out in the spa and the billionaire's playground of Costa Esmeralda is within easy reach.

Hotel Coluccia is situated on the Northern coast of Sardinia, just 50 meters away from the beach and located almost directly opposite the Island of Spargi.

It has a large hall with a bar, a restaurant with a splendid sea views and pool, where you can enjoy local and international cuisine.

Lunch is on request and at an extra charge: guests may choose between a light lunch at the restaurant or a snack at the bar.

Guests booked on half board enjoy a Gourmet Menu which consists of four courses each with two, three or even four different ‘taster’ dishes.

The menu is repeated every 14 days to ensure guests enjoy something unique every evening.

 

The 45 rooms, located on the ground floor or first floor, with a small balcony or balcony, are furnished with care and attention to detail. 

They are equipped with telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar, safe, hairdryer and services with shower.

• Beach: Mediterranean pinewoods shade pretty gardens which separate the hotel from a delightful sandy beach (50 m away) edged with granite rocks. Sun-beds, umbrellas and beach towels are provided free of charge.

The hotel is situated in Conca Verde, on the North coast of Sardinia, in front of the island of Spargi, part of the Archipelago Della Maddalena, only 50m from the sea. Due to its charming and secluded location it is the perfect place to enjoy the magic atmosphere of the island.

The pine forest separates the Coluccia from the beach of fine sand, equipped with sun loungers and enclosed between granite rocks and low cliffs.

A unique location in the bay of Conca Verde, Sardinia

The beach is located in the village Conca Verde, the town of Santa Teresa Gallura, it has a large sandy bottom, with golden-ocher shades, alternating rocks of granite, surrounded on the south by the imposing granite cliffs and by lush pine forest, is well sheltered from the mistral wind.

Opposite, you can enjoy the beautiful panorama that opens on the islands of Budelli, Spargi and Santa Maria.

Among the services, there is a parking, a bar and boat hire.

The rich and varied seabed is of great interest for diving and snorkeling.
