Introduction to Capodimonte Porcelain and Ceramics

This tremendous course delves into the facinating history of Capodimonte porcelain and the drive of a King and his son to re-create the ancient Chinese porcelain recipe that was responsible for such fine bone china and which was in such high demand in Europe at that time.

A great course to increase your knowledge about porcelain in general and Capodimonte in particular.
   
In the morning arrival in neighboring laboratories of Capodimonte, overview and visit of the lab with an explanation of the workshop.

Here you will produce an object made of porcelain with the support of a master craftsman, working in the stages of casting, finishing and assembling.
 
Lunch in the hotel

The work will be concluded by the artisans of the laboratory, and will be baked in special ovens and delivered to its owner at the hotel before departure.
