Villa Lighea 

Villa Ligea is located in one of the most beautiful and elegant corners of Positano, on the Amalfi Coast.

The design of the villa is in typical Mediterranean style , in which the influence of Byzantine architecture blends perfectly with the skills of local master-builders.

Villa Lighea provides a full range of home-from-home facilities.

The spacious, light-filled lounge opens out on to a magnificent sea-view terrace: a proper outdoor living room furnished with comfortable armchairs and sofas.

The view from the wide balconies and verandas perched high above the sea is breathtaking. In front of the villa there are the I Galli and the Siren Islands; to the right, Positano.

The kitchen adjacent to the living room is professionally equipped with everything required for fine cooking. 

A chef can be requested for the entire stay or for special occasions.

It is fair to say that those dining in Positano will find that restaurants are usually far from cheap; however, there are some safe bets and good eateries available, such as those on the Viale Pasitea and the Viale del Brigantino.

The most popular dining venues tend to be those by the beachfront, offering tables with sea views, especially along stretches of Via Montepertuso and the cliffside in Via Positanesi d'America.

The villa is split in two levels and is surrounded by gardens and terraces.

The sitting room is spacious and airy, has a wide terrace and is furnished with comfortable sofas, a large dining table, wide-screen LCD television with Bose acoustics, satellite system and DVD player.

The five bedrooms are each uniquely furnished in Mediterranean style and have either double or twin beds.  Each has a balcony facing the sea. 

All the bedrooms have bathrooms, roomy showers or hydro-massage tubs, safes, independent air-conditioning and mosquito nets.
 

There is an outdoor pool with hydro-massage and a solarium and barbecue in the garden.

The beach below the villa, which can be reached in just a few minutes, has a typical lido, where you can enjoy freshly-prepared food and enjoy a wonderful swim.

The Internet connection is wireless and is possible to connect easily from anywhere in the villa or the garden.

The villa has a spectacular location overlooking the beach of Arienzo that can be reached in couple of minutes by a private path starting directly from the villa.

The centre of Positano is only 1 km away and can be easily reached by car, bus, taxi or after a pleasant walk of approximately 10 minutes.

Manuela and Roberto, who speak fluent English, will welcome you to the villa, and will be happy to provide you with any suggestions or information you may require for a memorable stay in Positano.

All rates are inclusive of taxes, power and water consumption, bed and bath linens, daily cleaning (4hours).
