OUR OPINION

On the hills of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, Villa Giulia is a beautiful Villas with private pool looking out on the Gulf of Naples, Sorrento and Capri.

Villa Giulia comprises three independent units, all with complete privacy and independent entrances, making it perfect for a large family or group of friends who wish for a little bit of independence.

The villa is located about 2 km outside the small, but lively town of St. Agata sui due Golfi, best known for the two star Michelin restaurant Don Alfonso.




All the three units have their own modern kitchen equipped with dining table, chairs, fridge-freezer, gas hob and electric oven.

In the garden there is also a wood oven and a barbecue grill, ideal for ''al fresco dining'' with sweeping views of the Sorrento Peninsula.

St Agata sui due Golfi has a great selection of restaurants, bars and pizzerias to suite all taste and budgets.


 

• Apartment Il Golfo sleeps 4

This is the largest of the apartments located on the ground floor of the Villa.

The entrance is through a large private terrace looking out on the beautiful maintained garden with olive trees and small vineyard.

This apartment has two double bedrooms both with en-suite bathroom. In between there is a large living room with a double sofa bed. Next to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen.

• Apartment Capri sleeps 2

This small apartment ideal for a couple is located next to the pool.

From the entrace you step in to the living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a wooden staircase leads to the double bed with en-suite bathroom on the mezzanine floor.

• Apartment Vesuvius sleeps 6

This apartment is on two levels and the entrance is via a small courtyard in to the kitchen-living room of the villa. 

From the living room a stair case leads to the Mezzanine with two single beds (staircase is not suitable for children under 6). From there you can enter the two bedrooms both with double beds and en-suite bathrooms.

From the first double bedroom you have direct views on Capri, from the second room you look out over Sorrento and the Gulf of Naples.

Apartment Vesuvius has also a roof terrace with 360 degree view of the Bay of Naples.

• The garden is equipped with a large professional barbecue and pizza oven
• The pool, with a size of 12 by 4 meter, is located on the most panoramic location inside the property. From here you have amazing 180 views over Sorrento, Mount Vesuvius and Capri. Next to the pool there is a dressing room with toilet and shower.

Villa Giulia is located about 2 km outside the small, but lively town of St. Agata sui due Golfi, it accessed by a small road leading directly to the property.

St Agata sui Due Golfi (390m above sea level) is about 9 Km from Sorrento.

It takes its name from its location between the Gulfs of Naples and Salerno, perched on a hill it offers a series of views over the sea and the two bays.

Sant'Agata sui due Golfi is a very popular resort on the Sorrento Peninsula famous for its parish church, the monastery of Deserto, its natural beauties, archeological ruins, the Don Alfonso restaurant and several trails along the coast and inland.
