An ancient Venetian villa a few miles from Verona, surrounded by vineyards and gardens, has become an elegant chateaux in neoclassical style.
A place where magic goes back to the splendor of the eighteenth century.
The monumental complex of Villa del Quar, declared National Monument, consists of several bodies displayed like a "U" around a large garden, with the main building and a splendid oratory.
All the furniture, the decorations and colors reminiscent of the neoclassical style, sophistication and beauty of antiquity are balanced with taste, comfort and grace.
Inside the huge estate with vineyards, the complex is surrounded by a large park with cedars of Lebanon, fruit and palms trees placed around a large swimming pool.
The restaurant Arquade, accredited in the top rankings of many guides, boasts 2 Michelin stars.
The impressive wine list, which boasts 1200 important labels from all over the world, has been awarded "The Best Award of Excellence" by Wine Spectator.
Hotel Villa del Quar has 12 double rooms, 10 Suites and 3 Junior Suites.
All rooms are furnished with original antique furniture, mainly in Empire style.
The walls are clad in gold-coloured brocade or typical venetian line decors.
At ground level all floors are made in "seminato alla Veneziana" while on the levels floors dominate wooden floors and oriental carpets.
The interior design is completed by printings, mirrors and paintings.
Some suites have double bathrooms, while some of the ground floor rooms have a private garden.
